This will help to increase their chances for success as well as diversify their portfolio. This model also provides startups with a wider range of talented and experienced investors. Each Investor will have the ability to add value to the investment by providing guidance and resources to the startups. The Venture Market will create funds for each investment. Each startup will have a dedicated fund tracked separately. This allows the Investor to create a portfolio and track the progress of each individual company's profitability. The Venture Market will be compensated with carry % in the fund. This does not require a management fee and investors will never be asked to pay a management fee for their investment.
