The Ugly Monkey NOGs were created to enhance grip and protect hands from common injuries caused from friction when handling bars, barbells, and dumbbells. We believe that with a better grip, you will achieve more power throughout your weight lifting or crossfit maneuver. Our NOGs are made of 3.5 mm double stitched, reinforced neoprene. They have a 4 inch plastic pad stitched on its palm to maximize grips to prevent slippery contact. With a better grip, you reduce movement when holding the bar. This minimized movement reduces friction and prevents the formation of painful blisters and calluses. This will allow you to perform exercises with maximum potential. We also carry 100% leather straps, Y-back tank tops, and other miscellaneous apparel. We are active in Spain, Portugal, US, Macedonia, and Mexico.
