Mentors have rights to what they teach the system, and accordingly receive a decaying proportion of the system's income. It's cloud-based - having a plugin sensor/actuator API. Built-in skills include 1. intelligently operating remote desktops, devices & apps (i.e. VNC), 2. composing source code.
