Talligent OpenBook is a billing and reporting solution for Openstack clouds. Openstack is an opensource cloud solution primarily adopted by solution providers to create a variety of private and public cloud offerings. These solution providers require a way to monetize their investment and bill customers for the resources provisioned. OpenBook provides solution providers with a flexible way to report on cloud usage; create services, packages, and promotions to meet changing market requirements; and support the full customer lifecycle in the cloud.
