Student Spaces.net connects college students with off campus housing more effectively than ever. Users begin by selecting their school to begin a search. After being presented with listings that specifically lease to students, they are able to sort through available options using search filters specific to the industry. From there, our site helps guide them to the best options using a proprietary algorithm, neighborhood information, showing complete property details, market trends, & more. We serve student housing properties by being an extension of their online marketing. Our platform allows them to highlight their points of difference to students, while providing them with feedback on how well their listing attracts traffic & leasing offices handle incoming leads. After a successful beta launch, we expanded to service 8 Texas markets, with nearly 60,000 units listed on our site.
