Our customers are the 980,000 individual restaurant locations in the US who constantly need to fill positions from dishwasher to general manager. There is an unnoticed market inefficiency in restaurant industry hiring practices, which is currently unfulfilled by sites like craigslist. We help restaurants in need of new hires find not just a job-seeking candidate, but the right candidate for any position by matching the skill sets and recommendations in our users' profiles to the needs of the restaurants. At our basic level, restaurants will have access to just the job-seeking candidates, but at our full subscription level, restaurants can recruit presently employed candidates as well.
