The following will be able to use the app. • 911 Dispatch/Police • EMS (Emergency Medical Service) • ER (Emergency Rooms-Emergency Department “Hospitals”) • Hospitals • Physician Offices • Schools • Dentist Offices • Ophthalmologist Office • Patient(s) End User: The end user can view all reports that are uploaded by medical department but cannot delete files. The end user will be able to upload some files and change them at any time. Meaningful Use: Meaningful Use will be uploaded to the app upon the doctor’s signature which makes all physicians compliant with the government. Medical Records: Medical Records can and will be able to be uploaded to the app, from any medical office for the patient to view and will be notified that a file has been attached. All medical personal will be able to leave notes for follow ups and ongoing treatment.
