JamKazam develops an innovative live music platform and social network for musicians. The company’s Internet service enables musicians to play music together in real time from different locations over the Internet as if they are sitting in the same room. The service is offered under a freemium model. Currently the free core of the service is available as a soft launched public beta, and we have a few highly innovative premium add-on products nearing release. Our primary target is the amateur musician - i.e. engineers, realtors, etc. who play but also have disposable income. There are approx. 60 million such consumers in the US alone. As we aggregate the long tail of live music producers (much as YouTube has done in video), we will also aggregate an audience of music listeners/consumers.
