For technology professionals this leads to an expensive & inefficient operational model while increasing costs & headaches for their customers. ihiji’s first product, invision, is a remote network management SaaS solution which has gained traction with technology professionals needing efficient tools to service the complex IoT. invision provides visibility & access which allow IT pros to detect, diagnose & resolve problems with networked devices. Working with ihiji resellers we identified a need to extend our toolset with a new product to further help with ongoing service & management. The tool centralizes customer information & provides more efficient workflow for service operations.
