The service leverages industry leading, HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based technology and puts no labor burden on the providers or their staff. All providers see is more appointments (and a different mix of appointments). The eRelevance service equips the healthcare providers with a ”white label” mobile application called DocWithMe that gives their patients the ability to share important information with their provider through automated personalized conversations, learn about relevant topics, request care, and communicate directly with their provider(s) (if the provider allows for it).
