If the customer is fully satisfied with the product and service and decides to accept the promotion, they will scan a printed QR code that will automatically publish a company predetermined message (text, image or video) on the customer's social networks as if the customers themselves had written it. If the customer is not fully satisfied and wishes to provide digitally written actionable feedback, Altrüus will provide a space for it within the app. From this transaction, the user saves money and the respected business either receives a highly targeted ad placement with a word-of-mouth virtue or receives valuable actionable feedback.
