2MB is a software and services firm that does the following: 1. Get the right people in the right seats to increase productivity. 2. Provide analytics on labor costs, skills, utilization, productivity, etc. so that managers can make informed decisions that will increase output. 3. Manage resource capacity planning and forecasting To do this we integrate with various systems to provide one source of the truth for resource related information. This concept came from years working as an IBM business partner. While working with their product management teams, we saw a gap in their (and others) portfolio and started the company. Our market is medium to large enterprise customers with over 100 skilled workers, as well as, professional service organizations. Our software product, Nexus, currently integrates with IBM's portfolio management and agile planning tools and Microsoft planning tools. Additional integrations are currently underway.
